- 1 tbs Keens curry powder
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 stalks celery, finely diced
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 2 tbs gluten free soy sauce
- 2 zucchinis, peeled and spirilised on fine setting
- 1 cup green beans or snow peas, topped and sliced
- 1/2 cup spring onions, sliced, to serve
- 1 cup cabbage, finely sliced
