  • 2 bird eye chilli small
  • 1 stick lemongrass ; sliced
  • 2 pieces galangal ; sliced
  • 600 ml Chicken bouillon
  • 3 pieces kaffir lime leaves
  • 0.5 tablespoon roasted chilli paste ; to taste
  • 3 tablespoons Fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
