Ingredients
- 12 ounces spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 3 small garlic cloves
- 1½ ripe avocados, pitted
- juice from ½ lemon
- 1 teaspoon dry basil (or 1 tablespoon fresh)
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- dash of black pepper
- ¼ cup 1% milk (60ml)*
- Parmesan or Pecorino Romano cheese for serving*
