- 1½ teaspoons ground turmeric
- 1 teaspoon ground dried rosemary*

- 3 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs excess fat trimmed, cut into bite-size pieces
- 2 lemons sliced into rounds and then halved or quartered, seeds removed
