- 1/4 cup Thin soy (Healthy Boy brand if possible)
- 3 tablespoons Filipino palm vinegar
- 1/4 cup Kecap Manis
- 1 cup Prawns
- 1 Garlic clove minced
- 1 Red chilli
- Knob of ginger minced
- 1 Kafir lime leaf very finely sliced (like a strand of hair)
- 250 milliliters Chicken Stock
- Dash Fish Sauce
- Dash Palm Vinegar
- Dash Thin Soy
- Dash Kecap Manis
- 2 cups Mixed vegetable, fresh corn, peas, diced carrot
- 1 packet Thin Rice Noodles
