- 2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 carrots, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 1 1/2 pounds beef kielbasa or smoked bratwurst
- 1 cup matzo meal
- 3 eggs
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
