Ingredients
- ¼ cup of Canola Oil, plus 2-3 tablespoons to oil the pan
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- ¾ cup corn meal
- 11/4 cup flour
- 12 oz Artisan whole wheat bread or similar, dried and cut up into 1x2 inch pieces
- 7 oz Asiago foccacia bread, cubed into 1 inch pieces and dried
- 13 oz cornbread (see recipe above), cubed into 1 inch pieces and dried
- 2-3 celery sticks, finely chopped
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 8 fresh sage leaves, finely diced
- ½ cup (1 sticks) of butter, melted
- 1 teaspoons Salt and pepper
- 2 eggs beaten
- 2 cups turkey stock
- 1 cup chicken stock
