- 75ml triple sec, plus extra to serve
- 100ml stout
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 110g vegetarian shredded suet
- 75g self-raising flour
- 100g fresh breadcrumbs
- 40g cocoa powder
- 1 tsp mixed spice
- 225g dark brown soft sugar
- 50g hazelnuts, chopped
- butter, for the basin
- extra-thick cream or custard, to serve
