- 250 grams Feta cheese (from sheep and goat milk)
- 10 small logs Goat cheese
- 100 Harzer cheese (can substitute limburger cheese)
- 1 handful Basil leaf (chopped)
- 1 handful Parsley leaf (chopped)
- 2 sprigs Rosemary
- 1 sprig Thyme
- 3 Garlic cloves (peeled)
- 3 Bay leaves
- 2 Onions (cut into thick rings)
- 1 tablespoon Red pepper flakes
