- 2 cups Tiny potatoes, fingerling or smaller
- 3 cups Arugula
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 tin Anchovies packed in olive oil
- 1 Lemon, juiced
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 tablespoon Honey
- 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
