- 1/2 Cup shredded Cheddar, plus more to taste
- 1-1 1/2 tablespoons salsa, preferably homemade*
- 2 1/2 teaspoons guacamole, preferably homemade**
- Cilantro, julienned, to taste
- Jalapeño, minced, to taste
- 1 Teaspoon canola oil
- Pepper mixture, for serving (optional)
