- 1/2 red onion, peeled and cut into 4 wedges

- 2 cups grated provolone cheese
- 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
- Grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese for sprinkling
- 2 Tbs. thinly sliced fresh basil
