- 200g icing sugar
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1-2 tsp water
- 1 packet Persian fairy floss
- 650ml milk
- 1 vanilla bean, split and scraped
- 5 egg yolks
- 190g castor sugar
- 40g cornflour
- 35g plain flour
