Ingredients
- 1 19 oz Tub regular tofu
- 1 pound pork butts- slice in thin strips
- 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil for deep frying tofu
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil for stir frying
- 1 tablespoon finely minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon finely minced ginger
- 2 teaspoons black bean sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 4 inches green onions- cut in about ½ long (green parts only)
- 3 dried chili pepper
- 2 inches small tomatoes- sliced by 1 thick
- Marinade:
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon dry sherry or rice cooking wine
- Sauce:
- 1 can of chicken broth about 14 oz
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons catsup
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 4 teaspoons corn starch
