- Filling and topping
- 8 ounces mascarpone
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 5 tablespoons sugar
- 1 fresh mango
- 1.5 cups pineapple tidbits
- 8 large fresh strawberries
- 1 1/4 cups coconut flakes - unsweetened
- 1 lime
- 1/4 cup water
