Ingredients
- 30 pieces okra, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 2 medium sized tomatoes, roughly chopped
- 1 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 teaspoon 1 tsp each of turmeric, jeera (cumin) powder, coriander powder, amchur (spiced mango powder)
- 1 or so teaspoons cayenne pepper, to taste
- 1 handful of fresh cilantro, chopped
