Ingredients
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup half-and-half
- 1/2 cup corn syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 cups roasted, salted peanuts
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cayenne (you can use less if you don’t like spice!)
- 4 drops red food coloring (optional)
