• ¼ tsp ground cardamom

• 1 tbsp honey
• ½ cup white chocolate, roughly chopped
• 1 tbsp good quality raspberry jam
• 3 tbsp organic butter, for buttering the pan
• Icing sugar, to dust
• Extra yoghurt and jam, to serve
