Ingredients
- 5 cups of cooked rice (preferably 1 day old)
- 1 lb shrimp, cut into bite sized pieces
- 1/2 lb squid, cut into bite sized pieces (boil beforehand if raw) - this is to avoid unnecessary moisture
- 1 tbs minced peeled fresh ginger
- 6 stalks green onions, slice
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1-cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup diced carrots
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 eggs, beaten
- Soy sauce to taste
- 2 tbs rice vinegar
- 1 tbs crushed red pepper (optional)
- Pepper to taste
- Dash of sesame oil
