Andis Absolutely Awesome Austrian Apple Strudel
Ingredients
- Apple Strudel
- 750 grams Sweet apples (e.g. Elstar, that's about 5 apples)
- 1 tablespoon Coconut oil
- 1.5 tablespoons cinnamon (heaped)
- 0-3 tablespoons maple syrup
- Optional: 1 tbsp of raisins
- Optional: 1 tsp of ground cardamom
- 60-120 grams store bought Strudel dough (for when you're in a hurry)
- 100 milliliters raw unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 teaspoon Coconut oil
- Heavenly coconut vanilla sauce
- 800 milliliters full fat coconut milk
- 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 vanilla bean
- 1-2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1-2 teaspoons starch (e.g. potato starch)
