- 1 x cucumber, peeled, seeded, and chopped
- 3 x avocados, peeled and chopped
- 2 x ripe plum tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 2 tbsp hot chili sauce (Sriracha)
- 1/2 cup low-sodium soy or Tamari sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp Mirin wine
- 1 tsp Dijon-style mustard (optional)
