- 1 tablespoon rice wine
- 1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 3 cups vegetable oil
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup water
- Sweet-sour sauce (like Mae Ploy brand)
- Steamed rice , optional
