Lox and Chips
Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese (1 8 oz. soft spread tub)
- 2 tablespoons sun dried tomatoes (packed in oil) finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Tabasco Chipotle Sauce (more or less to taste)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
- 3 teaspoons lime juice
- 4 tablespoons chives
- salt
- 3 - 4 medium plum tomatoes
- 1/2 cup red onion, finely diced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 bag potato chips, kettle style
- 1 jar capers
- 6 ounces Lox (or Nova salmon)
