- 1 1/2 cups (300 grams) granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- Yellow and red food coloring
- 3 tablespoons (36 grams) rainbow sprinkles (classic cylinders are ideal, not nonpareils), plus more for the marzipan
- 14 ounces marzipan, plus more for decorations as desired
- Blue food coloring
- Powdered sugar, for dusting
- 6 tablespoons (120 grams) raspberry jam
