  • 500gms Lamb/Mutton Liver, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 3 medium Onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 large Tomatoes, chopped
  • 2-3 Green chillies, chopped
  • 1/2 cup thick Yogurt
  • 1 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
  • 1/2 cup fresh Coriander leaves, chopped
  • 4 tbsp Oil/Ghee (I used 2 tbsp oil and 2 tbsp ghee)

  • 10-12 peppercorns
  • 4-5 green cardamoms
  • 5-6 cloves
  • 2 inch cinnamon
  • 1 big black cardamom
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
