  • 8 oz. thinly sliced boneless rib eye
  • 12 oz. soybean or mung bean sprouts, rinsed
  • 2 Tbsp. gochujang (Korean hot pepper paste; optional)
  • 20 perilla (sesame leaves), stems trimmed, leaves rolled, thinly sliced
