- 2/3 cup very warm water (120° to 130°F)*

- ¾ to 1 cup pizza sauce, plus more for topping
- 16-20 pepperoni slices
- 1 ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- coarse sea salt and crushed red pepper flakes
