- 600g gammon
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 onions, roughly chopped

- 2 x 400g cans chopped tomatoes
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 x 400g cans haricot beans, drained and rinsed
