- 2 tablespoons ground coriander
- 2 (.25 ounce) envelopes (4 1/2 teaspoons) instant dry yeast
- 2 ½ teaspoons sea salt
- ½ teaspoon ground pepper
- ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil plus 2 teaspoons, divided
- 3 tablespoons grape molasses (see Tip) or 2 tablespoons honey plus 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- 2 cups cold water
