- 1 Tablespoon Rum Liqueur (I Used Vana Tallinn Estonian Liqueur)
- 8 ounces, fluid Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Sugar
- 2 whole Egg Yolks
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
- 1 whole Egg White
- 1 pinch Salt
- 18 whole Lady Fingers (I Used Bonomi)
- 2 teaspoons Cocoa Powder
