- ¾ cup loosely packed chopped fresh cilantro leaves
- ½ cup loosely packed fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves, plus more for garnish
- 3 cups Homemade Chicken Stock Homemade Chicken Stock , Homemade Fish Stock, or low-sodium canned chicken stock
- Coarse salt
