- 1 tbsp chopped marjoram
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 2 sprigs thyme
- Sea salt and pepper
- Olive oil
- Zest of 1 lime, finely grated
- 2/3 cup finely grated Parmesan (60 g)
- 3 slices prosciutto, finely diced
- 1 x egg
