babcias pea soup
Ingredients

- 3 plump cloves of garlic
- 250 grams fresh or frozen peas
- 600 milliliters vegetable stock or water + more if needed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- a pinches white pepper
- to garnish
- 1/2 cup crème fraiche
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- the juice of half a lemon
- a handfuls toasted flaked almonds
- olive oil to drizzle
- coarse black pepper
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped chives
