Nutmeggy Baked Custard
Ingredients
- 2 cups Heavy cream, milk, or a mix (use what you've got in your fridge- that's my approach to everything!)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon (plus more for dusting)
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg (plus more for dusting)
- scant 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- pinch salt
