- 1 1/4 cups ( 135 g ) corn kernels , fresh or frozen
- 2 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Tortilla chips , lightly crushed, optional

- Chopped cilantro , optional
- Finely diced or chopped red onion , optional
