Ingredients
- 4 cups shredded green cabbage

- 1 Scotch bonnet or habanero pepper, finely chopped
- 2 medium scallions, thinly sliced
- 1/2 medium green bell pepper, thinly sliced, optional
- 1/2 medium red bell peppers, thinly sliced, optional
- 3 red radishes, thinly sliced, optional
- 2 cups distilled white vinegar
- 5 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/4 cup fine sea salt (do not use iodized salt)
