- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup crème fraîche
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- GRAPE MOUSSE:
- 4 sheets gelatin
- 2 1/2 pounds seedless concord or mars grapes
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- Juice from one lemon
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 egg whites
