- 2 tablespoon besan (bengal gram flour)
- 1.5 cups curd (dahi)
- 1.0 teaspoon ginger-green chilli paste
- 2 pieces curry leaves (kadi patta)
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoon chopped coriander (dhania)
- Salt to taste
- 0.5 teaspoon cumin seeds (jeera)
- 0.5 teaspoon mustard seeds ( rai / sarson)
- A pinch of hing
- 1 piece of red chilli
- 2 teaspoon ghee
