- 4 medium tomatoes, sliced into 1/4-inch-thick rounds (16 slices)
- 2 packed cups fresh basil leaves
- 1 cup grated Parmesan
- 1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, smashed
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
