- * 2 15-ounce can lentil or about 3 1/2 cup cooked lentil with a
- little of their cooking liquid, lightly drained but not rinsed
- * 2 tablespoon dry red wine optional
- * 1-2 tablespoon reduced sodium soy sauce or bragg's liquid amino*
- * 2 teaspoon seasoning blend such a spike or mr dash
- * 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- * freshly ground pepper to taste
- * 3 tablespoon cornstarch or arrowroot
- * 8-10 ounce baby spinach or arugula leaf
- * 1 cup fresh bread crumb or panko bread crumb gluten free if needed
