- 4 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil, For Cooking Dumplings (2 Tablespoons Per Batch)
- ½ cups Water, For Cooking Dumplings (1/4 Cup Per Batch)
- FOR THE DIPPING SAUCE:
- ¼ cups Rice Vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Finely Chopped Green Onions
- ½ teaspoons Sugar
- ¼ teaspoons Garlic Powder
- ¼ teaspoons Sesame Seeds
