Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 2 (about 3.9-ounce) boxes instant chocolate pudding
- 3 cups whole milk
- 8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter
- 12 whole graham cracker sheets (about 6 1/2 ounces), or 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1/4 plus 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt, divided
- 1 1/2 cups cold heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar, divided
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 (2-ounce) piece dark or milk chocolate, for shaving (optional)
