Ingredients
- * 1 cup cured (dahi or yogurt) -fresh or sour full fat cured
- * 2 to 3 tablespoon besan (gram flour)
- * 2 cup water
- * 1 tablespoon ghee or oil
- * 1/2 teaspoon mustard seed (rai or sarson)
- * 1/2 teaspoon cumin seed (jeera) -optional
- * 1 or 2 green chilie, slit (hari mirch)
- * 1/2 inch ginger, made into a paste or minced or grated
- * 5 to 6 curry leaf (kadi patta)
- * 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder (haldi)
- * 2 pinch asafoetida (hing)
- * salt a required
- * 1/4 teaspoon sugar or a required
- * 1 to 2 tablespoon chopped coriander leaf (dhania patta)
