- 1/2 cup store-bought salsa verde
- 3 cups grated Monterey Jack cheese (9 ounces)

- 2/3 cup Mexican crema or sour cream
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh cilantro
