- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon zested peeled fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon Meyer's lemon peel, zested
- 1/2 teaspoon Tahitian vanilla
- cocoa and cinnamon or ginger zest for garnish, optional
