- 1 medium cabbage
- 2 pounds ground beef, inexpensive 80% lean works best
- 1/2 cup rice
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 large carrots, diced
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 1 bunch fresh dill, chopped
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 can (32 oz.) of crushed tomatoes
- 2 cups chicken broth (canned is good enough!)
- 2 garlic cloves
