- 1 box white cake mix
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tub reduced-fat sour cream
- ⅓ c. oil
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 c. sweetened shredded coconut
- 1 c. macadamia nuts
- 4 oz. white baking chocolate
- 2 package 1/3-less-fat cream cheese (Neufchâtel)
- ½ stick butter
- 1½ c. confectioners’ sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- Dot decoration: 3 Tbsp confectioners’ sugar and red liquid food color
- Garnish: 1⁄2 pt (6 oz) fresh raspberries
