- 2 pounds mixed tomatoes, cut into 1/2-inch-thick rounds
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
- 1/2 teaspoon red-pepper flakes
