Ingredients
- 2 C low fat plain greek style yogurt (we used fage 2%)
- 1 C peeled, grated cucumber, spun dry in salad spinner
- 4 cloves garlic, grated
- 1 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 3/4 tsp kosher salt
- tsp ground red pepper
- 6 lg whole wheat pitas (6" 7" diameter)
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
