Indulgent Sweet Potato Coffee Cake
Ingredients
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp table salt
- 2 cups peeled cooked, and mashed sweet potatoes
- 1.5 cups whole milk
- 2 large eggs lightly beaten
- 1 TB pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup salted butter melted
